After talking to users, I found out that people have all sorts of preferences when it comes to picking their movie seats. The current way of choosing seats is a bit confusing, especially on phones. People really like it when things look good, and a clear confirmation process matters a lot. So, we're thinking of letting users customize their seat preferences, making the seat-picking process easier, and making the app look more appealing on phones. We want to make sure the confirmation part is crystal clear too. These changes should make booking movie seats online a much smoother and nicer experience for everyone.
